Extended Warranty
The standard warranty provision on the majority of our product range is a robust two year return-to-base warranty, except where specified otherwise. However, we recognise that the critical nature of our products means that customers often want the flexibility of being able to protect their assets and extend this to cover the anticipated lifetime or funding period of the project. Being able to offer this peace of mind to our customers is invaluable and in the past, we have worked with our customers to define and agree extended warranty packages that have increased the period of cover from two to six years or even longer.
Of course, the terms of these warranties can also be flexible, however there are always some exceptions to warranty cover (such as malicious tampering, abuse or damage caused by external forces).
