Sheppey Route Ltd - DBFO
Clearview have been contracted to SRL (the DBFO Co) since 2004 as the Traffic Monitoring System (TMS) contractor. The contract is with the DBFO co Sheppey Route Ltd (SRL) but novated to the Operations and Maintenance Contractor, Carillion Highway Maintenance Ltd (CHM). Since 2006 when the PFI Contract went 'Operational' they have provided, on the whole, an excellent service both from the Head Office and locally with engineering staff responding to issues on site. They have worked hard to address problems and come up with proposals to address issues that we encountered in the first few years. Now that these proposals have been implemented, we are pleased that we are now in a position where the TMS system is both reliable and accurate. The missing (abnormal) data has continued to reduce to a level that we are now very satisfied with. The CTG (GRT) team has always reacted quickly to requests for information and provided excellent support when the equipment or processes have failed to operate in there designed manner. GRT have developed a successful relationship with the DBFO Team from SRL Ltd and the O&M Contractor, Carillion Highway Maintenance".

Services are an important part of the Clearview Traffic solution. Customers appreciate the worry free approach of contracting out for a full data delivery product. Often this saves money and allows more traffic counts to be gathered for the same amount of spend.
We can offer response times as short as four hours if a certain count site is critical and patched data is not acceptable. With our additional base in Scotland we offer UK wide coverage. We are the largest UK traffic data supplier to local and central government.
We offer a fully managed service for authorities or private clients wishing to outsource traffic data collection, or operation and or maintenance of existing traffic monitoring systems. This method of securing traffic data puts the client in control – calling off data only when and as required.
